Health Minister K K Shailaja said that if the number of patients is decreasing in Kerala, we cannot say it as a total relief. There is no point if COVID-19 is under control in Kerala alone. It should be regulated in the nearby states also. We had quarantined people who came in contact with patients. The suspects been placed under surveillance and this resulted a lot.No new case was reported from Kasargod yesterday. It is a good sign. No one went in serious condition. Some cured of the disease will be discharged today. The waiver on lockdown will be as per the direction of the central government.
In case of expatriates, the centre has to take a decision, the minister said.
